Currently, holographic projection technology is widely used, but there are many points to note when applying holographic projection technology.
1. Before turning on the power supply circuit of the projection display device in holographic projection technology, it is necessary to ensure that the cable connection of the projection display device is normal. After establishing the projection connection and turning on the projector, the export method is also changed.
2. For all normal power supply circuits, due to the long-term use of the projection display device, immediate shutdown will seriously affect the service life of the projection display device bulb.
3. In holographic projection technology, in order to better and quickly increase the temperature of the projection display device, it is necessary to ensure that the interval time between each operation and shutdown process is about 3 minutes. Frequent on and off procedures often damage the prefabricated components of the internal electrical equipment of the projection display device.
4. In holographic projection technology, if the image source of the projection display device is not an electronic computer, first turn on the industrial equipment of the image source; second, turn on the audio system; then turn on the projection display device, and the projection display device can be used after heating for a period of time. If the power supply circuit is turned off, the process can be operated in the reverse order. To turn off the mechanical equipment, please try to sleep, wait for the internal temperature of the projection display device to drop, and the centrifugal fan to stop running before turning off the main power switch. Otherwise, the service life of the projection display device is likely to be greatly reduced.

In holographic projection technology, the bulb of the projection display device will generate high temperature during operation, and the prefabricated components in the binocular projection display device have a high response time and small size. Therefore, heat dissipation is a key issue in the application of projection display devices. During application, the projector should have excellent ventilation system heat dissipation standards. It is unnecessary to place the bottom end of the projection display device close to the supporting point surface. Do not place anything, especially books or clothes, at the entrance of the projection display device to avoid poor indoor ventilation and affect heat dissipation.
6. In holographic projection technology, the bulb of the projection display device is a consumable of the projection display device, and the installed bulb is subject to the running time. When the image gradually darkens or the projection target gradually deteriorates; the projection device top displays an incorrect indication light flashing bright red every second, indicating that the bulb should be removed as soon as possible, although the service life of the bulb is not guaranteed.
Then, without turning on the power supply circuit, the surface of the projection display device can be cleaned with a soft cotton towel from a dryer or washing machine chain, and other locations can be ruled out by staff to avoid the leakage of major safety accidents; after use, install the lock cover on the rear cover plate, paying attention to dust prevention, waterproof, corrosion resistance, and shock resistance levels to avoid damage to industrial equipment.
